We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Shane Delany for his efforts in organising a special presentation featuring Keela Spillane. The presentation, titled “Fuelling Your Body for the Teenage Sports person”, was held this evening in the club’s meeting room.
The talk focused on the importance of proper nutrition for young athletes. Keela Spillane provided valuable insights into how teenagers involved in sports can best fuel their bodies for optimal performance and recovery.
