About Causeway GAA

About Us

Causeway GAA is a proud hurling club based in the parish of Causeway, Co. Kerry. Established in the late 19th century, we are one of Kerry’s oldest and most successful hurling clubs, with a tradition built on passion, pride, and community spirit.

Our club colors are maroon and white, and over the decades we have enjoyed great success at all levels, including nine Kerry Senior Hurling Championship titles – most recently in 2019 and 2022. We are widely recognized as a hurling stronghold in North Kerry, developing players who have gone on to represent Kerry with distinction.

At Causeway GAA, we are more than just a hurling club. We are a community. From our thriving underage structures to our dedicated coaches, volunteers, and supporters, the club plays a central role in parish life. We also support social activities, and community initiatives that bring people together.

Our mission is simple: to promote hurling, foster participation for all ages, and strengthen our community through the values of respect, teamwork, and pride in our heritage.

Whether you are a player, parent, supporter, or friend of the club, we welcome you to be part of our journey.
